Course enrolment and admissions procedure

London International Study Centre is happy to accept both boys and girls from any part of the world, between ages 8-19.

International students

We make sure that students from the same language speaking group are not grouped together either during their stay with a family or at the centre. Students have to continually speak English.

The stages of enrolment are:

• an enquiry from a student
• a complete prospectus sent to a student
• an application form with a registration fee and a deposit received from a student
• a conditional offer of a place
• an acceptance of the offer and payment of full fees
• a firm offer together with an invitation letter sent to a student
• the welcoming of a student to the UK
• the allocation of a caring family
• a linguistic assessment of a student
• the making of any further practical arrangements

Domestic students

The stages of enrolment are:

• an enquiry from a student
• a complete prospectus sent to a student
• an application form received
• an invoice sent to parents
• a payment of full fees for a calendar month in advance received
• confirmation of tuition arrangements with parents and tutors

Family discounts

We are pleased to offer discounts to members of the same family who choose to study at LISC.

Scholarships

For particularly talented students who are experiencing financial difficulties we may, using our discretion, offer a discount.
