From this page you are able to download any application form you need to enrol for any of the programmes run by LISC.

After downloading and filling in the right application form please deliver it together with the appropriate fees (whenever applicable) to our office, personally, by e-mail, fax or post.

Note: to open the PDFs you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have it you can install it for free here (approx 5MB).

Overseas enrolments

Your application form needs to be sent back together with the registration fee of £150, by cheque or via our online payment facility. We will then raise an invoice, which will be sent to you. When the fees have been received in full, then the enrolment process is complete and we are able to issue an acceptance letter. Ideally, we need at least two weeks to make the necessary arrangements but obviously the sooner the enrolment process starts, the better. Therefore, we do encourage early applications to secure a place.
