At London International Study Centre we believe that the best way to learn the language is to live it with the people who know how to speak it! If there is nobody else speaking your language and you talk to English people who can help you understand the language in context and expand your vocabulary all the time, the rate of progress is quite unbelievable. Moreover, in this way you will receive much more individual support and guidance. Thanks to this wonderful induction to living in the UK, our students integrate much better into the school community and make friends from day one.
LISC students not only benefit from the maximum linguistic support but also become well acquainted with English culture, traditions and the way of life, so that they better adapt to boarding. This gives them an additional advantage over students who arrive at school directly from the airport and face many linguistic and cultural problems. Every student in a guardian family home is offered a private study area and receives a warm welcome and continuous personal care and guidance. Regular contact is maintained and issues are dealt with immediately. Often our students become LISC family friends for life!
